Former New Zealand champion Ella continued her upward trajectory in 2025, obtaining strong results in the Youth Classification in several stage races. The New Zealander was one of the breakthrough stars of the 2023 season and so the team were keen to have the young talent on board for 2024. After making her pro debut, Ella has posted some big results against stern competition, most notably taking second place in the youth classification at the Tour de France Femmes and finishing eighth overall at the Tour Down Under. These and other results make the athlete from Auckland a sure prospect of value, especially for stage races and for races with uphill finishes.
