Liv AlUla Jayco ready to race agressively at Paris-Roubaix Femmes

Liv AlUla Jayco goes into the final major cobbled Classic of the spring, Paris-Roubaix Femmes, ready race aggressively and from the front.

The Australian squad has been one of the key protagonists during the spring brings a line-up prepared for unpredictable nature of the so-called ‘Hell of the North’.

Experienced road captain Jeanne Korevaar returns for her fourth edition of the Monument, having raced in the debut event back in 2021. Alongside her will be another Paris-Roubaix veteran in Amber Pate, who finished in the top 20 in her first ride two years ago.

Both Georgia Baker and Quinty Ton will be making their debuts at the race following strong spring Classic campaigns. Adding to the firepower in the squad will be two 2025 Liv AlUla Jayco recruits, Australian Josie Talbot and Dutch Amber van der Hulst.

Starting in Denain, the 2025 edition of Paris-Roubaix Femmes will be run over the same route as last season with almost 30 kilometres of punishing cobbles across the 148.5km course.

“It is really exciting to be coming to the end of the classics block and finishing with one of the most special races – Paris-Roubaix. It is a privilege to be coming back to this race for a third time and we have a really strong team capable of winning from various scenarios. The team vibe is extremely positive, and has been for the whole classics campaign, and we are excited to carry this onto Roubaix and fight for a special result.”

“It’s always hard to predict a race like Paris-Roubaix, because you need a bit of luck also. We have a nice line-up and we will go for the best result as possible using the team’s strength. We need to be smart in the final to win it, but we have riders who can anticipate.

Overall, we were always up there near the front this spring. Maybe we haven’t had the results we hoped for, but we were always visible as a team and in Flanders Letizia Paternoster went for it and was riding to win the race. It was great to see that the whole team was really strong in ‘Vlaanderens mooiste’ and this gives us confidence for Roubaix!”
