Talbot has gone from strength to strength with a solid upwards trajectory, having gained a wealth of experiences in UCI 1.1 and various women\u2019s WorldTour level races. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GreenEDGE Cycling is proud to bring another Australian talent onboard and believes that her great personality and work ethic off and on the bike will ensure she fits in well with the team culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Brent Copeland \u2013 General Manager<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe are pleased to welcome another talented Australian rider to the women\u2019s team. We are looking forward to seeing how she can further develop with us, stepping up to race in a WorldTeam set-up.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Josie Talbot:<\/u><\/strong><br><strong>\u201c<\/strong><em>It means an awful lot joining Liv AlUla Jayco, having grown up watching the team race, to competing against them especially on home soil at the nationals and Tour Down Under year after year. I&#8217;m hoping to add to the Aussie culture the guys and girls have created over the years.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I know a lot of the riders already on the team quite well and I am confident that will work as an advantage to the team\u2019s results. I think I will fit in nicely to the sprint squad and can bolster the lead-out. As for my personal goals, I really just want to cement myself in the WT.
