British talent\u00a0Paul Double<\/strong>\u00a0has put pen to paper inking a new deal with\u00a0Team Jayco AlUla\u00a0<\/strong>to extend his contract with the Australian squad through 2028.

With offers from other teams, Double has entrusted Team Jayco AlUla with his future, and team management believe there is still a lot of potential to uncover from the climber that only made his debut in the WorldTour peloton in January 2025.

The 29-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough season last year, where he picked up two impressive general classification victory plus two stage wins along the way at the Tour of Slovakia and the Tour of Guangxi, the latter of which was his first professional WorldTour victory.

With a debut three-week Grand Tour under his belt and the taste for victory, the gutsy rider is only just getting started despite his age. The squad are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist Double in his development and hunt for success over next two seasons.
