In the afternoon, on the streets of the Welsh village of Lampeter, 21-year-old Ben Wiggins (<strong>Hagens Berman\u00a0Jayco<\/strong>) won the under-23 men\u2019s time trial title. Meanwhile, the promising young Scottish rider Boothman (<strong>Liv AlUla Jayco Women\u2019s Continental team<\/strong>) triumphed in the women\u2019s event by almost two minutes.\u00a0<br><br>Rafferty then added another title for the Hagens Berman Jayco squad when he took the Irish U23 time trial victory by 46 seconds over the next best rider.\u00a0<br><br><strong><u>Nadia Gontova<\/u><\/strong><br><em>\u201cIt feels really special to win my first national championship. I wasn\u2019t sure how I\u2019d go after a big block of racing, but I had a good day out and I\u2019m happy with my ride.
