GreenEDGE Cycling and MatchWornShirt offer fans the chance to own unique cycling memorabilia from the UCI WorldTour, including race-worn & signed jerseys from the Grand Tours.
GreenEDGE Cycling is proud to announce a brand-new partnership with MatchWornShirt, the world’s largest sport memorabilia platform, making it possible for loyal fans to own race-worn and signed MAAP jerseys from their favourite riders on the men’s and women’s teams.
Through this collaboration, MatchWornShirt will host exclusive online auctions from Team Jayco AlUla’s biggest UCI WorldTour races for the next five years.
Beginning with Liège–Bastogne–Liège –the oldest and one of the most prestigious one-day professional cycling races in the world – the partnership includes two Monument races per season, as well as multiple auctions during the Giro d’Italia, Tour de France, and Vuelta a España.
The agreement also extends to Liv AlUla Jayco, creating exciting new opportunities for fans of the UCI Women’s WorldTour to own incredible collector’s items from the heart of the action.
On top of that, at the end of each season fans will also have the unique possibility to own GreenEDGE Cycling team race bikes used by some of the world’s top cyclists.
Brent Copeland, GreenEDGE Cycling General Manager commented:
“We are always looking for new ways to engage with and bring our fans closer to the team and this new partnership with MatchWornShirt will enable that, giving fans unique and exclusive opportunities. The partnership is an exciting step for us as an organisation and together with MatchWornShirt we want to give back to our loyal fans at the biggest cycling events in the world.”
Tijmen Zonderwijk, CEO of MatchWornShirt, added:
“GreenEDGE Cycling fans worldwide now have the chance to own memorabilia from the biggest moments – we’re really excited to be a part of that. Connecting fans with the sports they’re passionate about is what drives us, so it’s a privilege to offer pieces of cycling history from prestigious races and bring them closer than ever before.”
